Slow Down Retreat



I can still have this: this feeling of subtle unrest in the background, a certain anxiousness or sense of doubt, a feeling of not being truly connected to self. A couple of years ago I was fed up with this and wanted to break this tense vibe that was draining me.

I went on a retreat.

On retreat, there was time for just me. For slowing down. For stillness. For good food. For pleasant and clear rhythm. For complete silence. For mindful exercising. For insights and inspiration to hear my own voice again. To let go and re-charge.

A few days guided attention for the inside. You can see what that did to me, on the outside. Rest, focus, clarity, direction, energy. And not only with me 😉 the whole group.

On a historical intimate estate, surrounded by nature.
It’s like a piece of France in the Netherlands, called Kaldenbroeck.
3 days, 2 nights, 6 meals, beautiful surroundings
